The hotel rooms were not up to par, as we had to be changed three times due to broken shower handle and heater issues. There was also a persistent old vacuum cleaner smell with a cover-up of carpet fresh. On the bright side, the service was great and very accommodating. The location, while convenient, was in a questionable area attracting undesirable individuals. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and peculiar choices in their bags. The facilities were adequate.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though old, served their purpose for a one-night stopover, but cleanliness was a major issue with hair clumps outside my door and stained sheets. The warm room made adjusting the AC impossible. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly, but the lack of politeness during check-out left a bit to be desired.
